We offer international shipping to customers across the globe, including the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, and many other regions.

Shipping Fees & Costs

Standard International Shipping: USD 30 (flat rate) This charge applies to all international orders, irrespective of location or total purchase amount.

Shipping Services & Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery within 8–14 business days after dispatch
  • Signature on delivery available upon request
  • Fully insured and trackable shipments

Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items require 2–4 weeks for processing and dispatch, based on design requirements.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once the order has been shipped.

Signature & Insurance Coverage

  • In the event of loss or non-delivery, an investigation will be initiated with the carrier. Upon confirmation, the item will be remade and reshipped at no additional cost.
  • Signature confirmation at delivery is provided only upon request.
  • Failure by the carrier to obtain a requested signature must be reported immediately.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes once they reach your country.
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the buyer

Shipping Limitations

  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. box addresses; customers must provide a valid physical address.
  • Orders of high value may require extra verification or enhanced security measures.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the event of loss, delay, or damage, notification must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We will facilitate the claims process with the courier and insurance provider or, at our discretion,remake and reship the same product.

Address Changes

  • You may update your shipping address only before your order is shipped.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the address once the package is in transit.

Important Notes

  • When the courier tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” it is considered successfully
    delivered.
  • If you’re unable to locate your parcel despite the delivery confirmation, please reach out to us right away - we’ll do our best to support you and guide you through the next steps
  • Kindly note that after delivery is confirmed,Old Gem Houseis unable to process claims for non-receipt.
  • We suggest checking with neighbors, your local delivery representative, or the nearest
    courier office.
