Ring Sizing
We use letters to describe ring sizes. Millimetres refer to the interior circumference of the corresponding ring size. Here is an easy conversion for you to use.
Already have a ring that fits perfectly? You don't need to start from scratch. Simply hold it up to your screen with using our Virtual Ring Sizer, and we'll match it to your exact size in seconds, no rulers, no guesswork, no trip to a jeweller required.

Necklace Sizing
Choosing your ideal necklace length is a personal style choice. It's important to note that the lengths portrayed on our models, although fairly accurate, may vary slightly from person to person.
If you already have a necklace at home, you may wish to use that as your guide to finding the right length.
Some of our styles look amazing layered, so keep in mind your desired look and the versatility of the chain length before you buy.
As a Guide
| Circumference (cm) | Description |
|---|---|
| 40 | Short length, sits just above the collarbone |
| 45 | Our most popular choice, sits at the collarbone |
| 50 | Longer length, sitting just below the collarbone |
To find the ideal length for your necklace, you can either measure a necklace you already own that rests on your décolletage at your preferred length.
Alternatively, take a piece of string, ribbon, or a soft measuring tape, and gently encircle it around your neck to the desired point where you want the charm or pendant to sit. Then, measure the string or ribbon against a tape measure or ruler to determine your perfect length.
If you're interested in a custom length, we offer both a shortening chain service and a chain lengthening service.
Feel free to contact us for assistance in choosing your perfect length; our customer service team is happy to help.
DIY Measuring at Home
Option one: Measure an existing necklace. Select a necklace you already own whose length you want to replicate. Lay your necklace flat on a ruler or measuring tape (including the clasp), then note down the length in cm and select the chain length that is closest to that length.
Option two: Measure around your neck. If you don't already own the perfect length chain, then take a piece of string, ribbon, or a soft measuring tape and encircle it around your neck to the desired point where you want the charm or pendant to sit (including the clasp), then measure the string or ribbon against a measuring tape or ruler to determine your perfect length.
Bracelet Sizing
It's important to consider how you want your bracelet to sit and wear throughout the day for maximum comfort, style, and wearability.
As a guide — 17cm is our smallest and most popular bracelet length.
Sizing your Bracelet
A great way to assess your desired length is to take a bracelet you already own and measure the length (including the clasp), or take a piece of string, ribbon or soft measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist comfortably.
Note the length in CMs, and then find the closest chain length on our size chart.
A useful guideline for finding your perfect bracelet size is to add 2cm to your wrist size measurement — however, if you prefer a looser fit, you may wish to size up.
When buying a bracelet that features charms, bear in mind that those charms are free-moving and will drop to the bottom of your wrist; for this reason, we recommend you opt for a chain length that is more on the snug side so you can show off your gorgeous charms.
